How to copyright

The word "copyright" always brings to mind images of daunting forms and mountains of complicated paperwork.
But in reality, copyrighting is as simple as following a few easy steps.

#1: Put a copy of your work - example: demo tapes, writing, art, photos etc - in an envelope of appropriate size.

#2: Write your own address as the destination.

#3: Mail your work.

#4: At the post office, your work will be stamped with the date and sent back to you.

#5: When you get your envelope back through the mail, DON'T OPEN IT! The sealed envelope with the date printed on it by a reliable source, will prove that the work is yours if someone tries to steal it at a later date.

That's all there is to it, now go ahead and do it!
